Fitness Testing
Fitness testing is used to establish the strengths and weaknesses of an individual, identifies areas which need improvement, and creates individual training programs. The initial testing session can give the individual an idea of where their fitness levels are at the start of a program. A baseline is especially important if you are about to embark on a new training phase. Future testing can be compared to this benchmark and any improvements can be recognized. Fitness testing motivates individuals to start and continue exercising.
Testing includes:
