Wellness Courses


Work/Life Balance Course:
Balance is much more than dividing time between equal compartments of our lives, since success or failure in one part of our lives over flows into another. When you have stress at home, it overflows into your worklife. When you have a great day at work, it reflects on how you feel and behave at home and vice versa. Our work life balance course helps you identify common patterns of imbalance and helps you learn the skills necessary for rebalancing your worlds.

Stress Management Course:
Stress is both positive and negative. While we typically view stress as negative, stress keeps us motivated and challenged. Stress can drive productivity and creativity and can provide the challenge to accomplish tasks. When stress becomes too great, or when it is unmanaged for a long period of time, it can be harmful to both productivity and health. Our stress management course helps you identify, recognize, and respond to the symptoms of stress. Learning to care for yourself is the cure for managing stress and living a balanced and fulfilled life.

Weight Management Course:
It is documented, being overweight increases your risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, arthritis, and some forms of cancer. If you are overweight, losing even 5 to 10 percent of your body weight can help prevent these problems.

To lose weight and keep it off, you need to make changes in your lifestyle. It involves changing your approach to eating and physical activity, which means changing how you think, feel, and act.

Our weight management course, led by a Fitwell certified health professional, includes examining your current habits to find out what factors/situations have led you to your weight gain. By exploring your current eating and activity habits we can give you a place to start and assure that you maintain your new healthier lifestyle.




All presentations are presented by Fitwell employees with a minimum of a Master Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Health promotion, or related field.

Presentations can also be preformed via video conference to remote locations and/or for multiple shifts.
